Exemplary Leadership Application

For the 23rd Anniversary MLK Scholarship luncheon, we will recognize community leaders from each of the Black Greek Lettered Sorority Organization that are legacies in their own right. We will recognize community leaders that continue to create positive social change within African American communities through social advocacy, community outreach, community service, and educational programs. We would like to celebrate the moral courage of each of these individuals for taking a stand within their communities.

To nominate a community leader for the “Celebrating the Moral Courage to Take a Stand: A Tribute to Resiliency” Award, please either download and complete this form electronically, return it to a Foundation board member, or mail it to The IDeaL Education Foundation, P.O. Box 19439, Chicago, Illinois 60680.

If you would like to speak directly to a Foundation representative regarding nominations for the “Celebrating the Moral Courage to Take a Stand: A Tribute to Resiliency” Award, please contact Bro. Jonathan Brown, Program Committee Co-Chair.

The deadline for submitting nomination forms is December 8, 2017.
