From introducing them to professional mentors to helping them qualify for scholarships, we go above and beyond to make sure that young minority men from disadvantaged backgrounds; get the opportunities that are so often denied to them.

From introducing them to professional mentors to helping them qualify for scholarships, we go above and beyond to make sure that young minority men from disadvantaged backgrounds; get the opportunities that are so often denied to them.
Our organization serves minority youth and the community at large in a variety of ways:
The core ideology at the IDeaL Education Foundation is to help in any and every way we can. As part of our mentorship programs, we introduce youth to mentors, enabling them to connect over shared experiences. Our mentors can help young men build their identity, identify the obstacles that currently stand in their way, and create sustainable changes in their life to achieve highly positive outcomes.
We also invite young minority students to participate in a number of training activities and workshops that contribute to their personal and professional growth. These include:

- Go-to High School, Go-to College Program
- Boy Scouts of America
The IDeaL Education Foundation offers a wide range of leadership solutions at the Leadership Development Institute. We nurture young men with leadership potential and help them cultivate their skills and pick up new ones. Our Black mentors and instructors help young men understand the essence of leadership and equip them with the tools they need to thrive in professional spaces.
Our ultimate goal is to foster new generations of American leaders who can represent the community and bring about changes that uplift the lives of all people.
